Our kitchen team around the Chef prepares new menus for you every day. Half board offers you an entree, a starter, three first courses, two main courses and a dessert to choose from every evening. There is always a vegetarian alternative in our menu and we often offer regional freshwater fish. The meat offer is deliberately chosen within a sustainable framework. We would be happy to prepare the dishes you want for you. Our team is always ready to meet your every need. The menus are characterized by local classics such as pizzoccheri as well as many modern reinterpretations.
